I felt like we barely had enough time in each port to do anything. Every stop felt rushed, like we were constantly watching the clock instead of actually enjoying the place. I came into this trip expecting a better experience, but after this, I’ve kind of lost trust that the itinerary is planned with guests in mind.

The drink packages were a bit pricey, but we still ended up saving some money overall, so they were just okay.

The trip itself seemed good overall, but I noticed some extra costs popped up later that I wasn’t really expecting. To be fair, I might’ve missed the details somewhere, so I can’t say for sure it wasn’t listed. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, I just wish the pricing had felt more upfront from the start.

The shore trips were actually nice, and the guides were helpful, so I’ll give them credit for that. But everything felt a bit rushed. It was like we barely had time to enjoy one stop before being hurried off to the next, which got frustrating after a while

The entertainment on Celestyal was okay overall. A few nights were genuinely fun, but others felt a little repetitive or just didn’t hold my attention. You could tell the staff were putting in the effort, which I appreciated, but I was hoping for a bit more variety while onboard. It wasn’t bad by any means, just kind of average. I left feeling like the shows were pleasant enough, but not something I’d really remember after the trip.

I was disappointed with the activities. Most of them felt boring or like they were rushed through just to check a box. When I brought it up to support, it kind of felt like they were blaming me for not enjoying it instead of actually listening. Overall, there just wasn’t much fun to do onboard.

I booked a cruise on Celestyal Cruises. It was easy overall. The dates were clear. The cabin choices were easy to compare. Payment went through fine.
The site did feel slow in a few spots. I also had to check the extras twice before booking. Still, it all worked out. My confirmation email came through quickly

I paid for the onboard WiFi thinking I’d actually be able to use it, which was apparently a bit too optimistic. It kept cutting out, pages took ages to load, and my messages only sent when the WiFi felt like cooperating. Maybe it works better for other people, somehow, but for me it definitely wasn’t worth paying for

The cruise itself was fine, but disembarkation was a mess. The lines were long, the instructions weren’t clear, and the staff all seemed rushed and kind of overwhelmed. We ended up standing around way longer than we expected with all our bags, which made it feel like extra work at the end of a vacation. Definitely not the smooth send-off I was hoping for

The ports sounded really nice when we first booked, but the timing just felt off. We were either not there long enough or getting in when places were already closed. There was just something about it that made the whole itinerary feel messy and kind of stressful instead of relaxing.

The cruise itself was fine, but I kept noticing the same little pattern: most of my complaints came back to the cabin. The bed felt hard, and the room was small even by cruise standards. At night, hallway noise was easy to hear, so it wasn’t the most relaxing place to sleep. The bathroom was also really tight and didn’t feel as fresh as I’d hoped. For what we paid, I expected the cabin to be a bit more comfortable.

I was really disappointed with the cabin. It was actually dirty when we arrived, and I just felt gross staying there the whole trip. Definitely not what I expected.

The whole trip just felt a bit all over the place. The food was bland, and we kept getting different answers from the staff about stuff, which got frustrating after a while. For us, it just wasn’t really worth the stress or the money...

I mean, it’s not like the site is awful or anything. I was able to find the cruises and compare prices without too much trouble, so that part was fine. But the pages were slow for me, and a few of the filters didn’t really make sense right away. Booking on my phone also took a couple tries, which was annoying. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me it just felt clunky and could definitely be smoother...

I booked with Celestyal and, so far, the communication before the cruise has been straightforward. The check-in details, luggage tags, and timings all came through clearly, and I didn’t have to chase anything up, which made things feel a bit easier.
The only reason I wouldn’t quite give it 5 stars is that one reply to a question took a couple of days, but when it did arrive, it was helpful. Overall, I’d say it’s been a good experience so far and I’d feel comfortable recommending them.

Booking everything beforehand was totally fine, so I don’t want to make it sound like the whole experience was bad from the start. But on the day, embarkation was frustrating. The line barely moved, and we were just standing there with our bags for what felt like ages without anyone really explaining what was happening.
To be fair, the staff we eventually spoke to were polite and doing their best, but the process itself really needs work. Better signs, clearer communication, and more people checking guests in would make a big difference. It just wasn’t the nicest way to begin the trip.

The food was kind of hit or miss. A few meals were good, but others were bland, and it felt like more effort than it was worth to figure out what was actually decent.

We picked Celestyal Cruises mainly because of the ports, and that ended up being the best part. It was a fun mix of Greek islands and Turkey, and it didn’t feel like we were only doing the same big-name stops everyone talks about

The only downside was that a couple of the port times felt a little too short, so we were watching the clock more than I wanted. Still, the itinerary made the trip worth it for us, 4 stars

I cancelled my order and, yeah, the refund took a bit longer than I expected. But to be fair, it did eventually come through, so I can’t really say they didn’t handle it. I just would’ve liked it to be a little quicker.
